NOTIFICATION

Effective January 1, 2017 most of the City’s Development Impact Fees will increase by 5.00% in accordance with San Francisco Planning Code Article 4, Section 409(b). Development Impact Fees are adjusted annually by the Controller’s Office and are based on Annual Infrastructure Construction Cost Inflation Estimates.
