1. Call to Order
Chair LaCroix called the meeting to order at 4:53pm.
Commissioners present: LaCroix, Marshall-Fricker, Quesada
Staff Present: Mario Yedidia

2. Approval of Agenda (Action Item)
Commissioner Marshall-Fricker moved to approve the agenda, seconded by LaCroix.

3. Public Comment on Items not on Agenda
There was none.

4. Business
A. Crafting Budget Priorities for the Next Fiscal Year
Commissioners took no action.
The items discussed included a broad overview of the budget process and (at a high level of abstraction) the City and County of San Francisco’s revenue and expenditures (explanatory documents for the general public from the Controller’s Office were used); getting a commitment from the Municipal Transportation Agency (MTA) to implement the Youth Lifeline fast pass for low-income youth for the next fiscal and academic year; assuring low-cost recreation access; and making sure the City and School District have a plan for summer programming in 2010, given the possibility of greatly diminished summer school.

5. Adjournment
Chair LaCroix adjourned the meeting at 6:55pm.
