Draft of proposed procedure for committee chairs calling special meetings.
After some discussion the committee developed the following proposed procedures:
- Committee Chairs wishing to call a special meeting must first notify the Sunshine Ordinance Task Force Chair.
- If the Chair disagrees that a special meeting should be called the matter will be taken to the full Sunshine Ordinance Task Force at its next scheduled meeting.
- The subject matter on the agenda must be within the jurisdiction of that committee.
