A. President’s Report; President Wong to present final President’s Report for 2011 Term, including his Report
on the Mayor’s Budget Instructions Meeting of 12/16/11.
B. Secretary’s Report;
> ACTION ITEM: Secretary Noetzel to present DRAFT of ANNUAL REPORT of 2011
(as required in By- Laws). Discussion and potential Motion for Adoption and Ratification.
> Correspondence & contacts since precious meeting.
7. NEW Business – Final NOMINATIONS and ELECTION OF OFFICERS FOR 2012 TERM.
A. President Wong to open floor for any potential additional Nominations for Office (including Self-Nomination).
B. President Wong to afford equal floor time for Nominated Candidates to announce their ‘Platform’,
or Administrative Plans, Goals, and Vision for the VAC, if elected.
C. President Wong to administer Election of Officers by Public Written Ballot, by 3 separate
elections; First for President, then V.P., then Secretary.
D. President Wong to Preside over formal installation of New Officers, for the 2012 Term,
after which the Chairmanship of the balance of the meeting will be turned over to the new PRESIDENT.

8. Commission GOALS AND PLANS
A. President to preside over Open Discussion Goals and Plans for the Commission for the 2012
term. No specific ACTION is anticipated at this meeting, in this area, however Commissioners are urged
to present their individual ideas and views in this area for future consideration/implementation.
B. President to preside over Open Discussion on Potential Changes to VAC By-Laws.
No ACTION is anticipated at this meeting, however Commissioners are urged to review/discuss
methods for eventual By-Laws Revision and Update.
9. OLD BUSINESS.
> Commissioner Levin to provide After-Action Report on the VETERANS DAY PARADE, of 11/11/11,
including full Income and Expense Documentation.

VETERANS AFFAIRS COMMISSION MEETINGS
General Meetings of the VAC are scheduled for 6:00pm (on) the FIRST Monday of every month, (with rare exception), and are generally held in ROOM 104 of the War Memorial Veterans Building, at 401 Van Ness Avenue (across from City Hall).
MEETING CONFIRMATION, and Specific Announcement of General Meetings are made via public Posting of MEETING AGENDAS as required by law, some 72 hours prior to scheduled meetings. Agendas for Commission Meetings (and archive of Meeting Minutes) are available on the VAC Pages of the City of San Francisco WEBSITE, and are also available for Public View and inspection at the (5th Floor) Government Information Center of the San Francisco (Main) Public Library, at 100 Larkin St., San Francisco 94102. The War Memorial Veterans Building (between Grove & McAllister Streets) is wheelchair accessible via front entrance (401 Van Ness). There is wheelchair accessible public parking nearby, including the underground garage at the north side of City Hall.
