MISSION STATEMENT

 

The Community Program’s mission is to promote strategies, programs and initiatives in health, workforce development, careers and education to benefit the Bayview-Hunters Point community. This committee is also responsible for helping to inform and make recommendations for events planned by SECF staff at the community center.

Members of the public may address the Committee up to three minutes on matters under the jurisdiction of the Committee not on today’s agenda.  Speakers shall address their remarks to the Committee and not individual Commissioners or Department staff.  This portion of the agenda is not intended for debate or discussion with the Committee or staff. Disability Access

The SECF Committees meeting will be held in the Bungalow Conference Room located at the SFPUC’s Southeast Community Facility located at 1800 Oakdale Ave. The Conference Room is wheelchair accessible. The nearest accessible BART station is the Civic Center Station at United Nations Plaza and Market Street. For information about accessible Muni services call (415) 923-6142.

Meeting Minutes may be translated, if requested, after they have been adopted by the Committee. Assistance in additional languages may be honored whenever possible.
