SOUTHEAST COMMUNITY FACILITY COMMISSION

Request for public comment may also be heard after Commission discussion
of an agenda item by completing an information card and submitting it to
the Commission secretary. Requests are given “first come, first serve”.
Priority and speakers may be limited to three minutes.
1.0 CALL TO ORDER, ROLL CALL AND CONSENT CALENDAR
1.1 Call to Order and announcements from President
Announcement: The Sunshine Ordinance prohibits the use of electronic sound-producing devices at/during public meetings. Please be advised that the eting chair may remove any persons(s) responsible for the ringing or use of cell phones, pagers and similar sound-producing electronic devices from the meeting room.

1.3 Consent Calendar: All matters listed hereunder constitute a Consent Agenda, are considered routine by the SECF commission and will be acted upon by a single vote of the Commission. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a member of the Commission or a member of the public so requests before or at the meeting when the consent Agenda is called, in which event the matter shall be removed from the consent Agenda and considered as a separate item.
a. Proposed Action: Be it resolved that the minutes of the SECF Commission Meeting of Wednesday, August 25, 2010 be approved as submitted.

• Dr. Patricia Gray of the SF Unified School District has accepted the Letter of Invitation to Address the Southeast Community Facility Commission meeting scheduled for September 22nd.
• Report on the activities and operations of SECF Commission services, including budget, personnel, programs and services.
• Dr Don Q Griffin, Chancellor of City College of San Francisco has accepted the Letter of Invitation to Address the Southeast Community Facility Commission meeting scheduled for October 27th.
• Milton Marks, President of City College of San Francisco has accepted the Letter of Invitation to Address the Southeast Community Facility Commission for the meeting of October 27th.
8.0 SAN FRANCISCO PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION STAFF REPORT & UPDATES. (Information/Discussion)
9.0 NEW AND ONGOING BUSINESS: (Discussion & Action Item)
• SECFacility Commission Annual Report for 2009-2010. (Action)
• Commission meeting of November 11th falls on a public holiday and needs to be rescheduled. Suggest rescheduling this for Tuesday November 9th or Wednesday November 10th. (Action)
10.0 NEW BUSINESS REQUESTS for Future Agenda Items. (Discussion Item)
