          H.  LEGISLATION EVALUATION – Comm. Wong & Levin - Support for U.S. Rep. George Miller, D-Martinez, bill HR3111. The bill would incorporate the Suisun Bay site of the Port Chicago Naval Base, where the largest World War II stateside disaster occurred in 1944. 320 people were killed, including 202 African Americans.
