2 APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES
Action item: the Committee voted to approve the minutes of the May 11, 2005 meeting of the State Legislation Committee.
3 PROPOSED LEGISLATION
Action items: the Committee voted to support the following state legislation affecting the City and County of San Francisco:
A. AB 1097 (Mullin): to allow students working as poll workers to still count toward the average daily attendance at their school.

B. AB 1757 (Umberg): to eliminate the requirement that elections departments publish lists of precinct board members, in favor of on-line posting on the department website.

C. SB 565 (Migden): to exclude from a Change in Ownership property transfers between registered domestic partners. This Bill essentially codifies our current tax policy at the Assessor's office
