Public Utilities Commission
A. AB 2918 (Laird): to instruct the California Public Utilities Commission to study the feasibility of reducing the electricity rates for water desalination projects.
District Attorney's Office
B. AB 3042 (Yee): to provide enhanced penalties for persons who engage in prostitution with a minor.
