2009 2008 2007 2006 2005 2004 2003 2002 2001 2000 1999 1998 1997 Notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco will vote on the following proposed amendments to the Bylaws of the Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco at its next meeting on Tuesday, June 24, 2008, at 3:00 p.m., in the Board Room at the Legion of Honor, Lincoln Park, 34th Avenue and Clement Street, Lincoln Park, San Francisco:
Article I, Board of Trustees, Section 1, Trustees
Allows a retired Trustee to be considered for re-election to the Board of Trustees for up to three additional, consecutive terms.
Article IV, Meetings, Section 1, Regular Meetings
Change the month of the annual meeting from April to June.
Article V, Nominating Procedure, Section 1, Nominations, and Section 2. Corporation of the Fine Arts Museums Nominations
Technical updates to more accurately reflect present policy and practice (i.e., deletion of outdated references to the National Council and the review of certain Trustee status categories on an annual basis).
