MINUTES OF MEETING

1. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
• Chair Redmond Kernan called the meeting to order at 12:55 pm.

2. DISCUSSION OF FINAL REPORT
• There was brief discussion of the status of the Group’s final report and what final editing was
needed for completion.
• When the report is finalized is would placed on the Group’s website.
• The Group would prepare press release when deemed appropriate.
3. PUBLIC COMMENT
• Ruth Gravanis commended the Group for their work and especially Doug Kern for his extensive
efforts in the production of the Group’s report.
• Boyd deLarios made a similar commendation.
4. PREPARATION FOR PUBLIC HEARING OF 14 OCTOBER 2008
• There was discussion of the Group’s preparations for the Public Hearing scheduled to be held by
the Presidio Trust on 14 October 2008.
• The Chair will decide who will speak for the Group at the hearing.
5. NEXT MEETING
• The next meeting of the Group will be 16 October 2008, at 10:00 am.
6. ADJOURNMENT
• The meeting adjourned at 1:10 pm.
