1. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
Acting Vice-Chair Chair Becky Evans called the meeting to order at 10:15 a.m..

2. CHAIR REPORT
Acting Vice-Chair Becky Evans asked Catherine Stefani of Supervisor Alioto-Pier’s office to report on any action taken on Supervisor Alioto-Pier’s resolution encouraging City Department’s to work on alternative locations in the City and County of San Francisco for the proposed contemporary art museum in the Presidio. Ms. Stefani reported that Supervisor Alioto-Pier recently met with Michael Cohen, Director of the Mayor’s Office of Economic and Workforce Development, to discuss possible locations within the City and County of San Francisco. Mr. Cohen reported that there are potential sites and that the City approached Mr. Fisher about them.
There are no minutes to approve from the last meeting because there was no quorum.

3. REVIEW TIMELINES AND SCHEDULE
The deadline to send comments to the Presidio Trust has been extended by one week to April 27, 2009.

4. REVIEW SUPPLEMENTAL TO DRAFT SUPPLEMENTAL ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT STATEMENT (released by the Presidio Trust on February 23, 2009)
The work group discussed proposed comments on the Presidio Trust Management Plan, Revised Draft to the Main Post Update. There was much discussion about pages 64-68 of the ‘Supplement to a Draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement’ regarding proposed traffic mitigation measures. There were many questions asked of the Presidio Trust representatives including whether there were any traffic studies to back up the mitigation measures proposed, what type of cost-sharing methods have been explored with the City, and whether the Trust has been working with MUNI or any other City department regarding these mitigation measures.
