1. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL, INTRODUCTIONS
The meeting was called to order by City staff, Jill Lerner at 3:45 p.m.

2. OVERVIEW OF LAWS AND RULES FOR CITY WORKING GROUPS, TASK FORCES AND ADVISORY BOARDS
Deputy City Attorney Cathy Barnes appeared to give to the group an overview of the City Charter, Brown, Act, and Sunshine Ordinance.
3. ELECTION OF WORKING GROUP OFFICERS
By motion of Mr. Oldag and second by Mr. Huntting, Ms. Duong and Ms. Mueller were elected Co-Chairs of the Working Group.
4. MEETING TIMES/BY-LAWS
The Working Group agreed to hold its second meeting on May 29 from 3:30- 5:00pm.
5. ISSUES ADVISORY BOARD MAY CONSIDER IN FUTURE MEETINGS
There was a discussion of future agenda items and Mr. Ballesteros suggested bringing in an outside speaker to give a presentation to the Working Group. Mr. Huntting agreed to contact Fannie Mae regarding a speaker.
6. ADJOURNMENT
By motion of Mr. Donaldson and second by Mr. Huntting, the meeting was adjourned at 4:50 p.m.
