OVERVIEW

• PURPOSE - In July 2016, the Department of Technology (DT) created a list of vendors with demonstrated successful experience in delivering custom Drupal consulting services. The purpose of the list is to provide City departments with a streamlined mechanism to contract with these firms.
   
• APPROVAL - To use the DT’s pre-qualified Drupal consultant lists City departments must obtain prior written approval from the Department of Technology: 1) before a departments solicit the firms with a Request for Quote and 2) before a contract is awarded. DT can assist City departments reviewing the Statement of Work prior to requesting bid proposals.
   
• APPROPRIATE USE - Responsibility for appropriate use belongs to each City department choosing to use the DT pre-qualified lists. It is not appropriate to use a pre-qualified list for services that were not included or envisioned in the originating RFQ as described therein.
   
• LIST EXPIRATION - This list is available for use and resulting contracts are eligible to be effective through June 30, 2021.
   
• BIDDING PROCESS – All firms that have been pre-qualified in a specific service area will receive via email a copy of each City department’s Statement of Work as they are issued and as they relate to specific service areas. Firms will respond to interested opportunities using the method highlighted in each Statement of Work.

 

STATUS AND OPPORTUNITIES

Several City departments are currently collecting requirements and formulating a statement of work.
