7. Support of Panhandle Protected Bike(s) Lane Proposal (Draft Resolution Submitted by Panhandle Subcommittee, Devon Warner, Chair) The MTA has begun analysis and review of protected bike lanes on Oak and Fell along the Golden Gate Park Panhandle.

8. Emergency Improvements to Hairball for Safe Passage (Draft Resolution Submitted by Committee Member Paul Wells) The homeless encampment has grown, especially under the Northbound entrance ramp to 101 from Old Bayshore. Addionally, work needs to be done on the pathway, and darkened streetlights have made an already unsafe area too dangerous for use by vulnerable pedestrians and bicyclists.

9. Approval of Website Updates (Proposal Submitted by Committee Vice Chair Mary Kay Chin & Committee Member Charles Deffarges) Information on the BAC website requires an update and additional links

10. Year-End Letter to Board Of Supervisors (Draft Submitted for Approval by Committee Chair Bert Hill)
    The BAC has ended the year on a high-note, with a fully appointed committee, with the highest level of diversity in its history.  We wish to thank the 2016 Board of Supervisors for their diligence in appointing a group that works cooperatively for consensus over majority, and shows initiative, energy and mutual respect for fellow members and community participants.

11. Adjournment (Action Item)

The ringing of and use of cell phones, pagers and similar sound-producing electronic devices are prohibited at this meeting. Please be advised that the Chair may order the removal from the meeting room of any person(s) responsible for the ringing or use of a cell phone, pager, or other similar sound-producing electronic devices.
