1. Commission President Bobbrie Brown called the Wednesday, March 22, 2006 meeting to order at 6:05 p.m. in the Alex L. Pitcher Community Room at 1800 Oakdale Avenue.
   
   Commissioner Brown read the Sunshine Ordinance aloud.
    

Commissioners Present: Brown; Fuentes; Jones; Kennedy, Parker, Sampson, Person

Staff Present: John Roddy, Deputy City Attorney,Annette Price, SECF Comm-Sect

Be it resolved that the minutes of the Southeast Community Facility Commission meeting of Thursday, March 9, 2006 were approved as submitted.

2.0               PUBLIC COMMENT
There was no public comment at this time.

3.0                 COMMUNICATIONS (Discussion):
The Commission Secretary reported the following correspondence as having been sent and/or received: Letters of Invitation to Thor Kaslofsky, S.F. Redevelopment Agency, Angelo King, Bayview Hunters Point Project Area Committee (PAC), Barbara Garcia, Deputy Director Community Behavioral Health Services, Mr. Fred Abadi, Director of Department of Public Works, Alicia Joseph-Rivers, Acting Director for Family Mosaic Project,
Mr. Moody, Executive Director of Bayview-Hunters Point Foundation.

Email from Ms. Heidi Hardin was received re: CommUnity Impact Grant Information Request and volunteer form. Commissioners Jones and Fuentes asked that a better timeline be given with reference to volunteer of time.

4.0                 Director’s Report:
This item was tabled to April 13^th, as Director Moses was on vacation.

5.0                 Introduction of New Business By Commissioners:
Commissioner Kennedy suggested that a letter be sent to The Home Depot regarding Southeast’s request for matching funds prior to her phone call to Mr. Mathew Thomas, consultant of Home Depot.

6.0                 Public Comment:
There was no public comment at this time

7.0                 Announcements:
Commissioner Kennedyreminded that the S.F. Redevelopment Agency will hold a Housing Workshop at the Community Facility on DeHaro from 6:00 to 8:00 for first-time homebuyers.

Commissioner Brown announced on Saturday, March 25^th from 10 to 12:30 at 1800 Oakdale Avenue PUC will hold a public outreach workshop on the SFPUC Sewer System Master Planwhere San Francisco residents will be allowed to ask questions and give feedback on what they would like to see in their sewer system.
