SOUTHEAST COMMUNITY FACILITY COMMISSION
THURSDAY, MAY 9, 2002 - 6:00 P.M.

Requests for public comment may also be heard after Commission discussion
of an agenda item by completing an information card and submitting it to
the Commission Secretary. Requests are given ‘first come first serve'
priority and speakers may be limited to three minutes.

II.          Announcement: The Sunshine Ordinance prohibits the use of electronic sound-producing devices at/during public meetings. Please be advised that the meeting chair may remove any person(s) responsible for the ringing or use of cell phones, pagers and similar sound-producing electronic devices from the meeting room.

V.          Public Comment: Members of the public may address the Commission on matters           under the jurisdiction of the Commission that may not be on today's agenda.

a)          Letter from Dean Hunnicutt, CCSF/Southeast listing current tenants;
b)          Invitation to Police Chief Fred Lau re: disparity in ethnic and gender diversity representation among SF Police Station Captains.

a)          Update on Commission website;
b)          Update on FY02-03 Budget request;
VIII.          Presentation (Discussion and Action):
a)          SFPD Capt. Mike Puccinelli: Plans and Goals during tenure at Bayview Police Station;
b)          Providence Foundation of San Francisco Co-chairs, Mr. James Blanding & Mr. Cornelius Wise: Request updated letter of support during (HUD202) funding phase for Sr. Housing Project.
IX.          Old and On-Going Business (Discussion & Action):
a)          Direct PUC/Commercial Land Mgmt. to enter into negotiations for a lease agreement with Decorative Plant Services, Inc.;
b)          Request for implementation of a recycling program at the Southeast Community Facility.
