(Pursuant to Police Commission resolution no. 11-18, the Department shall provide a report to the Commission that includes 1) number and location of calls for service; 2) type of response; 3) disposition of call; 4) whether or not force was used; 5) injuries; 6) complaints/commendations or legal actions arising from incident; 7) status of all mental health crisis response training; 8) recommendations to enhance SFPD’s response to incidents involving mentally ill individuals)
