Process Tenant & Landlord Petitions Efficiently

  • Efficiently process petitions by streamlining the system, including processing some petitions and applications without hearings where appropriate.
  • Expand staffing and space to meet the increased workload and effectively serve tenants’ and landlords’ needs.
  • Conduct thorough staff screening to ensure parties are adequately informed and understand and correct petition deficiencies before hearing stage.
