Provide Consumer-Centered Programs to Address Needs

  • Screen clients for food insecurity, depression, and dementia and coordinate needed care.
  • Increase community awareness of the one-stop service center for seniors, adults with disabilities, and caregivers.
  • Ensure programs are culturally appropriate for the city’s diverse low-income seniors and adults with disabilities, including the first LGBT generation to age out of the closet.
