- Pursue new services and technology that improve care for all clients, including supportive employment programs.
- Strengthen the caregiver network, including informal caregivers and the In-Home Supportive Services program.

- Screen clients for food insecurity, depression, and dementia and coordinate needed care.
- Increase community awareness of the one-stop service center for seniors, adults with disabilities, and caregivers.
- Ensure programs are culturally appropriate for the city’s diverse low-income seniors and adults with disabilities, including the first LGBT generation to age out of the closet.
Expand Evaluation efforts to maximize resources

- Address current and future population needs through large-scale planning efforts, such as the Dignity Fund Community Needs Assessment and the Age- and Disability-Friendly plan.
- Increase the use of evidence-based programs, develop performance measures, and support data-sharing to maximize impact and outcomes.
