MOCI's annual RFP for the distribution of CDBG and ESG funds is traditionally released in October. Proposals are typically due within 4-6 weeks of the RFP issuance. Preliminary Recommendations are typically available in March. Funded programs begin July 1st.  For RFPs for sources other than CDBG and ESG, please contact MOCI directly.
