The Mayor's Office of Neighborhood Services liaison to the Asian-American Community is Francis Tsang. As the liaison, Mr. Tsang is the single point of contact for individuals, groups and organizations to communicate with the Mayor's Office regarding their issues, concerns and goals. Additionally, Mr. Tsang works on behalf of the community to ensure they have access to the services and support they deserve.
