Vote on whether to hold closed session pursuant to San Francisco Administrative Code Section 67.10 (b) and California Government Code Section 54957 (b) (1); Peace Officer Confidentiality Statutes (Penal Code §§ 832.5, 832.7, 832.8).

Action:

The Commission voted to conduct item #IIIA in Closed Session.   (Vote of 5 to 0)

Action:

The Commission voted not to disclose any or all discussions held in closed session.  (Vote of 5 to 0)

2)

Disclosure of action taken in closed session pursuant to California Government Code Section 54957.1 (a) and San Francisco Administrative Code Section 67.12(b) (4).

Action:

The Commission partially granted the appeal and modified the future employment restriction to a citywide ban which includes the San Francisco Unified School District and City College for three years.  After three years, and upon showing successful completion of satisfactory work performance with an outside employer, the appellant may reapply to the City and County of San Francisco. (Vote of 5 to 0)
