Work Orders and Maintenance
The Building Management Work Order Form will be your primary communication tool to convey any building request. You can request maintenance or custodial work; arrange for audio/visual equipment, reserve a conference or hearing room; and schedule many other services.
Your office or department should have a single point of contact with Building Management who is responsible for communicating any work order request. While some requests may be simple temperature adjustments, other requests may take longer. Regardless, please direct all requests through your designated Building Management liaison. To find out who is your departmental liaison is please ask your supervisor.
