ACCESSIBLE MEETING POLICY
American Sign Language interpreters will be available upon request. Every effort will be made to accommodate requests to make a sound enhancement system available at the meeting, to provide meeting materials in alternative formats and/or provide a reader, and to provide simultaneous translation in Spanish and Chinese during the meeting. The hearing room is wheelchair accessible.

The Immigrant Rights Commission meeting will be held in Room 416 at City Hall, 1 Dr. Carlton B. Goodlett Place, San Francisco. The meeting location is between Grove and McAllister Streets and is wheelchair accessible. The closet BART and Muni Metro Station is Civic Center, about three blocks from the meeting location. Accessible Muni lines nearest the meeting location are: 42 Downtown Loop, 49 Van Ness-Mission, F-Market & Muni Metro (Civic Center Station). For more information about Muni accessible services call (415) 923-6142. There is accessible on-street parking available in the vicinity of the meeting location.
