    [A.] Discussion of possible recommendation to the Board of Supervisors regarding amending the San Francisco Health Code to add the definition of "GUARDIAN", and amending Section 41.12 to provide for duties of guardians. [Commission] Discussion /Action Item

    [B] Discussion and possible action concerning the formation of a sub-committee to investigate the current conditions under which live animals are sold at Farmer’s Markets in the City (for example game birds, chickens, ducks).     [A] Motion to rescind the previous recommendation to the Board of Supervisors to change the name of the Commission from the Commission of Animal Control and Welfare to the Commission of Animal Welfare of the City and County of San Francisco. (Discussion/Action Item) [Bentley, Hobson,Tchen]

    [B] Discussion concerning recruitment of a veterinarian to fill Commission vacancy. [Commissioner Bentley/Franklin/Eckman] Discussion Item

    [C] Discussion concerning San Francisco Recreation and Park’s Department City-Wide Dog Policy Draft and the possible inclusion of commission members to their advisory committee. [Commissioner Wilson/Franklin] Discussion Item

    [D. 1] Motion providing that the agenda for each meeting of the Commission be reviewed by the City Attorney to determine compliance with the Brown Act and Sunshine Ordinance and the wishes of the maker of the motion, prior to the agenda being published and officially noticed to the public.
