Caldera's February letter to Mayor Newsom informing him that 5 commissioners had poor attendance during 2007, his February letter to the Controller's Office requesting copies of records pertaining to the Veterans Affairs Commission involving the 139th Memorial Day Ceremony and the 88th Veterans Day Parade, his written request to the commission for a financial report of both the 139th Memorial Day Ceremony and the 88th Veterans Day Parade & commission attendance policy per our By-laws.

Recommend or reject proposed ordinance to change the Veterans Affairs Commission from a 15-member commission to an 11-member commission.
