1 ROLL CALL

2 SET SCHEDULE FOR REGULAR MEETINGS

    Action Item: The regular meeting schedule was set for the second Wednesday of every month at 11am, subject to further revision.

3 PROPOSED LEGISLATION

    Action items: the Committee voted to make the City and County of San Francisco the sponsor of the six bills listed below.

      A. Bill # Pending (Migden): to authorize the Port, with approval of the Board of Supervisors, to create an infrastructure financing district to finance infrastructure improvements along the waterfront.

      B. AB 469 (Yee): to require the state to provide Medi-Cal reimbursement for supportive housing.

      C. AB 631 (Leno): to require the state to license mobile methadone vans.

      D. AB 451 (Yee): to close a loophole in the State Revenue and Tax Code that enables Oakland to collect revenues on sale of jet fuel at San Francisco International Airport.

      E. Bill # Pending (Yee): to authorize the San Francisco Board of Supervisors to enact a local Vehicle Registration Fee.

      F. AB 799 (Leno): to authorize the San Francisco Board of Supervisors to place an initiative on the ballot enact a local Vehicle License Fee.

    Discussion item: David Owen recommended AB 1282 (Mullin) for the next Committee meeting.

5 GENERAL PUBLIC COMMENT

    Discussion item: there was no public comment.

6 ADJOURNMENT
