Action items: the Committee voted to take action on the following state legislation affecting the City and County of San Francisco.
A. AB 2474 (Wolk): to require mandated reporting of elder abuse by certain financial officers.

B. AB 1721 (Kortez): to prohibit selling retail items by any other price except the lowest price listed.
