Guidelines, the proposal to add a third floor addition, to include a second dwelling unit to a two-story mixed-use (dwelling unit over commercial) structure (Adel's Wine Cellar), and to
legalize and enlarge an addition at the rear of the building, creating a roof deck and access stair in the required rear yard. The existing structure, detached garage, and rear yard deck are
