Request for Proposal

DTIS will commence negotiations with Earthlink, Inc and Google for a contract to deploy a wireless broadband network throughout the City in response to RFP 2005-19.   This determination is based on the ranking of the selection panel. The selection of this proposal does not imply acceptance by the City of any of the terms of its proposal.  If a satisfactory contract cannot be negotiated in a reasonable time, DTIS may terminate negotiations with this organization and commence negotiations with the next highest ranked proposer.

Aggregate Scoring Worksheet (PDF):
The score sheet contains the aggregate scores of the panel and the individual scores of panel members.  The scores include scores for all six written proposals and oral interview scores for the three highest ranking proposers, based on the written responses.  The scoring is based on the criteria in Section 4 of the RFP.
