The Office of Communications and Public Affairs at DPW keeps the public informed of the department's services, projects and programs through community outreach activities.
The Communications and Public Affairs team provides outreach to resident, business and community groups; maintains DPW’s website where the public can access information, request DPW services and voice their complaints and compliments; coordinates customer service requests; coordinates and publicizes department volunteer events and programs; and writes and publishes departmental reports.
