American Sign Language Cafe

ASL Café Project Insight opened the ASL Café in October of 2007.The ASL Café is a place for the San Francisco Bay Area’s American Sign Language users to gather for casual socializing and for formal classes, workshops, and activities. The ASL Café is a place for anyone who uses American Sign Language or is interested in learning. People of all ages are welcome and families are encouraged to attend. The ASL Café is also a place for hearing parents and their Deaf children to interact with Deaf adults and other parents and children who use American Sign Language. Please come, and spread the word to others! Attention! The ASL Cafe has returned to the Wawona Clubhouse! The ASL Cafe is open to all, but there is no ASL class or instruction at the Café.
