Important registration information: You must do two things in order to register for Project Insight's programs:

1. Sign up online at www.sfRecOnline.org.

2. Fill out a Project Insight Enrollment Form.

If you have not yet registered your family with a family account please fill out the CLASS Family Account Form. You will not be able to register online until you have done this. Once you have done this once, you will not have to do this again.

Please fill out a Project Insight Enrollment form.

To enroll in any of Project Insight's programs, you can print the enrollment form (PDF), fill it out, mail or fax it to us, and we will contact you to set up an intake interview.  You can also contact us for more info or to request a form by mail.
