Record Reproduction Charges

• No fees for locating or inspecting real estate division records.
• 10 cent per page plus any postage for normal black and white 8 .5" X 11" size paper copies.
• 1 cent per black and white 8.5" x 11" size page, plus any postage for routine type materials for distribution at meetings.
• Any color copying, electronic reproduction, computer processing, odd or large shape reproduction shall be reimbursed at actual costs. Requester may obtain an estimate of such costs prior to reproduction.
• All postage or special mailing requests shall be reimbursed at actual cost to the Real Estate Division.
• $20.00 for City Owned Property Book
• $39.00 for Map of City Owned Property
