The Port's Waterfront Land Use Plan identifies opportunities for new investments, often in the form of mixed-use developments, that provide capital for reinvestment in maritime facilities and piers, public access and park improvments. The Port of San Francisco is committed to supporting the growth of waterfront jobs and tax revenues for the City and providing space for new and expanding businesses on port property.
