HISTORIC SURVEY INTEGRATION PROCESS

One critical element of the approval of the Market & Octavia Area Plan in 2008, was the completion and integration of a historic survey of the plan area. The historic survey is complete and has been approved by City’s Landmarks Board and the Planning Commission. Planning Department staff has been working to integrate the findings of the survey into the Area Plan.

The calendar for the integration process will be:

Community Workshop: July 9, 2009

Planning Commission Integration Initiation Hearing: August 13, 2009

Historic Preservation Commission Integration Hearing: August 19, and September 22, 2009

Community Workshop: October 6, 2009

**Planning Commission Integration Adoption Hearing: October 22, 2009**

Board of Supervisor's Integration Proceedings: Late Fall 2009
