NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)
The Mayor’s Office of Housing is pleased to announce the availability of the Request for Proposals (RFP) for 2010-2011 programs under three funding sources: Community Development Block Grant, Emergency Shelter Grant and San Francisco Redevelopment Agency tax increment funding for homeownership counseling. To increase the amount of time that you have to review the format and key priorities, draft elements of the RFP, including question sets, will be posted on this website beginning Thursday, November 5, 2009. The official RFP will be available electronically on this website on Thursday, November 19, 2009. Proposals must be submitted electronically by 5:00 pm on Thursday, December 17, 2009. Community Meetings For San Francisco's 2010-2015 Consolidated Plan And 2010-2011 Action Plan
Residents, business owners, representatives of community-based organization and other stakeholders are invited to attend one of eight community meetings throughout San Francisco to provide input on community development and housing priorities for the next five years for the Federal CDBG, ESG, HOME and HOPWA programs.
