Project eMerge encompasses over 30,000 City employees from every City department.

We need your help to ensure that the needs of our diverse workforce are represented and accounted for in our new system.  

We can’t succeed in isolation from each other. But pulling together, we all move ahead.

• Make your voice heard! Contact us or your Department's Change Leader and/or Change Champions to share your ideas and questions.
• Visit our website regularly to stay up-to-date. Announcements are posted on the Home page.
• Find out who is representing your department in the Time & Labor, Recruitment, and Position Management sessions and exchange information with them.
