How is the Project Organized and Governed?
METALINK Learn about the Project's Governance Project Organization The Project eMerge core team is comprised of CCSF staff and consultants from our integration partner, CIBER, Inc. CCSF staff and CIBER consultants work together in three dedicated sub-teams.
The Program Management Office (PMO) is responsible for the overall delivery of the project goals and objectives and for final acceptance of all project deliverables. The Functional Team is responsible for the overall delivery, quality and timeliness of all functional activities, including requirements analysis, business process design, configuration and design and testing. The Technical Team manages and ensures the quality of technical development deliverables including the design, building and deployment of all system extensions, such as reports, interfaces, data conversion, and batch and online customizations. The Change Management Team is responsible for leading and guiding the successful transition between the legacy solution and PeopleSoft 9.0. View complete Project eMerge organization charts (PDF)
