Department of Human Resources - Project eMerge
Project eMerge has now completed the Phase 1 Fit/Gap sessions. Fit/Gap is the process of comparing PeopleSoft HCM 9.0 out-of-the-box capabilities to CCSF requirements and identifying where they “fit” and where there are “gaps.” We are now working on the first prototype of the new system, which is part of the Design stage.
Subject matter experts from departments across the city participated in the Fit/Gap sessions and functional forums on Position Management, Recruitment, and Time & Labor. Those same Forums, plus the Change Champions and Change Leaders, will continue to be engaged by Project eMerge as we move into our design of the new system.
