Social Service and Violence Against Women Resources
2009 Directory of Social Services for Women in San Francisco: Browse over 200 agencies providing social services to women and girls throughout the City and Bay Area.  Limited printed copies of the 2009 Directory will be available for service providers in early 2009.

Recruitment of Women in Non-Traditional Fields
Despite laws that prohibit discrimination and harassment, women are still underrepresented in traditionally male dominated occupations. T he San Francisco Department on the Status of Women offers these recruitment strategies and resources, compiled from a list of organizations whose focus is on increasing the number of women in non-traditional occupational areas.
