Choose your computer.
Choose from one of the discounted Dell computers or any other new computer that meets your family's needs and budget.
If you don't want a loan from Patelco Credit Union, you can order the discounted computer directly from Dell on the website http://www.dell.com/sftc or by calling Dell at 1-800-695-8133
Apply for the computer purchase loan.
You will need to fill out a credit application, provide your Working Families Code, and provide a printed computer specification or invoice to Patelco.
If you are buying one of the selected Dell computers, print out the computer specification from their website. If you are buying another brand of computer, you will need to provide a printed invoice to Patelco. You can apply:

Online: Apply on the Patelco website and write in the Comments box: "TechConnect PC Purchase Program" and your Working Families Credit code.

In person. Bring your Working Families Credit code and computer specification / invoice to any San Francisco or Daly City Patelco branch.

By Phone. Call Patelco's loan number at 415-442-6200 and tell them you're part of the TechConnect PC Purchase program and provide them your Working Families Credit code.
Order your computer.
If you are buying one of the selected Dell computers, Patelco can complete the order on your behalf once your loan is approved. If you are buying another computer, you will need to provide a printed invoice to Patelco.
