The Committee on Information Technology (COIT) was formed in 1996 to meet the evolving technology needs of the City.
Mission:
Provide consistent, responsive, high-quality technology services to the City’s diverse constituencies, resulting in improved service delivery.
Vision:
Service-centric government supported by a strong and robust technology community.
Goals:

Make government more productive by providing more services directly to citizens and government workers

Improve financial performance by using technology to attract more sources of revenue, optimize costs, and leverage assets
