For matters regarding animals in cruel or unsanitary conditions, animals in distress, or lost and found animals, contact Animal Care and Control. This department, as well as the San Francisco SPCA, also handles adoptions to responsible guardians for animals needing homes.
For policy matters you may contact our Commission as well as members of the Board of Supervisors.
