SOUTHEAST COMMUNITY FACILITY COMMISSION
WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 24, 2001 - 6:00 P.M.

Requests for public comment may also be heard after Commission discussion of an agenda
item by completing an information card and submitting it to the Commission Secretary.
Requests are given ‘first come first serve' priority and speakers may be limited to three minutes.

II.          Roll Call

III.          Approval of Minutes: January 11, 2001

IV.          Public Comment: Members of the public may address the Commission on matters
          under the jurisdiction of the Commission not on today's agenda.

V.          Communications:
          a) Letter from PUC/Commercial Land Mgmt. Director Gary Dowd to CCSFF
           Chancellor Phillip R. Day re: Subleasing space at the Southeast Campus;
          b) Letter to Mayor's Budget Office from SECF Executive Director requesting an
           increase in General Fund Budget for satellite sites under SECFC jurisdiction;
c)          Letter to Ms. Reid re: lock alterations to Building B at 100 Whitney Young;
d)          Invitation to Annual City Clean-up: Saturday in February for District 10.

VI.          Director's Report:
a)          HVAC project progress update;
b)          ADA project update;
c)          Update: FY01-02 budget for SECF/Clean Water and General Fund.

VII.          Presentation: Freddie Smith, Exec. Dir., Southeast Health Center - Public Health Programs and Services, particularly to the Bayview-Hunter’s Point Community.

VIII.          Old and On-going Business (Discussion & Action):
i)          Tenants Use Policy for Alex Pitcher Community Room & EPM Auditorium;
ii)          City College of San Francisco/Southeast Campus use request extension;
iii)          CCSFF/Southeast Campus request to mount murals on facility interior.
