Notice regarding statements made at the August 12, 2008 public meeting:
City policy prohibits discrimination or harassment on the basis of:
Race, color, ancestry, national origin, ethnicity, place of birth, sex, age, religion, creed, disability or medical condition, HIV/AIDS status, sexual orientation, marital or domestic partner status, gender identity, parental status, pregnancy, weight or height or any other characteristic protected by state or federal employment discrimination laws or by the San Francisco Charter or local ordinance.
Statements were made by the public at the meeting that violated this City policy. Comments that violate City policy will not be condoned and will play no role in the City’s decision-making process.

The Department of Telecommunications and Information Services ("DTIS") seeks public information and comments regarding the continued operation of the City's public access cable television channels. These channels air throughout the City on Comcast Cable channels 29 and 76; Astound Broadband channels 29 and 30; and on AT&T channel 99.
