2007-2008 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER)
On behalf of the City and County of San Francisco, MOCI submitted the 2007-2008 CAPER to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) on September 30, 2008.The CAPER represents the annual report of San Francisco's implementation of four HUD programs: Community Development Block Grant (CDBG); Emergency Shelter Grant (ESG), HOME investment Partnership (HOME); and Housing Opportunities for Persons With Aids (HOPWA).

Notice of Availability of Request For Proposal (RFP)
The Mayor’s Office of Community Investment (MOCI) and Mayor’s Office of Housing (MOH) are pleased to announce the availability of the Request for Proposals (RFP) for 2009-2010 programs under four funding sources: Community Development Block Grant (CDBG); SF Redevelopment Agency tax increment funding for 1) economic development activities and 2) homeownership counseling; and California Dispute Resolution Programs Act.
