Our mission is to empower parents to provide economic support for their children by furnishing child support services in the form of location of parents, establishment of paternity and support obligations and enforcement of support obligations, thereby contributing to the well being of families and children.

What does this mean for you?

• Enhanced features:  a central database of all child support case information in California and Customer Connect - a 24/7 self-service website and phone system to access your case and get payment formation.
  
  
• Payment Delays:  During the months of October and November, payments may be slightly delayed.  To receive your payments faster, you can sign up to receive your payments by direct deposit to a checking or savings account or you can receive an Electronic Payment Card, which is like a debit or ATM card. For questions regarding payments, or to sign up for direct deposit or an Electronic Payment Card, contact the State Disbursement Unit at (866) 325-1010 or on the internet at www.casdu.com.
  
  
• In the first few months while we learn these new systems, you may experience longer wait times and service.  Please be assured we will be working hard to assist you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
